Mollie Newcomb is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mollie received her B.A. and M.S. degrees from UW-Milwaukee in 1993 and 1997, and her law degree from Marquette University in 2001. In law school, she competed in the Giles Rich patent law moot court in which she was awarded “best brief” for the Midwestern region and was a quarterfinalist at the national level.
Mollie’s intellectual property experience spans almost 15 years and she has been involved in all aspects of IP practice. Mollie has worked in private, corporate, solo, and government settings, and is pleased to bring her multiple perspectives to clients at Ryan Kromholz & Manion, S.C.
Mollie lives in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband and children. In her spare time she enjoys reading pop novels acquired from little free libraries and solving crossword puzzles.
